Lead the FHIR R5 gateway: ingest pipelines, identity resolution, and the bidirectional write paths into Epic, Oracle Health, and Athena.
Own the differentially-private generation pipeline, public dataset releases, and the Hugging Face / AWS Open Data distribution surface.
Partner directly with FQHC and CHC implementation teams. RN, PA, NP, MD, or PharmD with operational health-IT experience.
Harden the platform end-to-end: HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST CSF. Own the audit story for Beacon and the Atlas privacy guarantees.
Lead consumer-facing product design across the personal health record and athletic performance surfaces.
Embed with health-center customers during onboarding. Engineer-by-training, operator-by-disposition.
Federal and state policy lead — HRSA, ONC, CMS, and the state Medicaid landscape that shapes the FQHC operating environment.
PhD or equivalent in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health services research. Publish, build, and ship.
