Your health record, finally yours.
Every provider, every result, every scan — reconciled into one longitudinal record with AI insights and a care team that can actually see what's happening.
Three jobs, done obsessively well.
Pulse is the consumer face of the APEX Data Lake. It reconciles your records from every source, reads them with clinical AI, and lets you share them — on your terms — with anyone who needs to see them.
Connect securely to Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, Allscripts, MEDITECH, and 120+ other EHRs via native FHIR APIs. No PDFs. No portals. No re-typing.
- 120+ EHR integrations
- Imaging, labs, meds, problems, notes
- OAuth-based — Pulse never holds your portal password
Every new lab, imaging report, and discharge summary is parsed by our clinical AI, with anomalies flagged and trended against your own baseline — not a population average.
- Anomaly detection on labs and vitals
- Plain-English explanations of every report
- Pre-visit briefing for your doctor
One-click handoff to a new specialist, second opinion, ER, or family member. Every access is logged. Every share is revocable.
- Family Vault for dependents
- Time-boxed share links
- Tamper-evident access log via APEX Beacon
Built on the same substrate your hospital uses.
Most consumer health apps screenshot your portal. Pulse runs on the APEX Data Lake — the same dual-verified truth layer Parker ships to health systems.
| Capability | APEX Pulse | Typical PHR app |
|---|---|---|
| Data source | Native FHIR + provider-verified | Portal screenshots / patient-entered |
| Records reconciled | Dual-verified (patient + provider) | Single-sided |
| AI insights | Clinical-grade, trended on your baseline | Generic or none |
| Sharing | Revocable, time-boxed, audited | PDF export, no audit |
| Identity | GPID — resolves across providers | Per-app silo |
| Underlying platform | Same as hospital deployments | Closed consumer-only stack |
The patient is the owner. Always.
Pulse never sells your data. Never trains general-purpose models on it. Never shares it with payers, employers, or advertisers. Every access is witnessed by APEX Beacon and visible to you in real time.
Data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Keys you can rotate.

The short answers.
Yes. Pulse supports any FHIR-enabled EHR — that's now mandatory in the US under the 21st Century Cures Act. We also support older HL7 v2 feeds via the APEX Nexus interoperability layer.
Only if you choose to share it. Most clinicians can view a Pulse share link without any account or login on their end. The share is read-only, time-boxed, and revocable.
You can export everything as FHIR JSON or PDF before you go, and we delete your record within 30 days of cancellation — verified by Beacon. No silent retention.
No. Pulse's AI surfaces anomalies and explains reports — it does not diagnose or prescribe. It is designed to make your time with your clinician more productive, not to replace it.
