By accessing or using the Parker Health, Inc. Web Sites and Services (collectively, the “Parker Web Sites”), you, the User, acknowledge, understand, and expressly consent to the following terms and conditions derived from the full Parker Health, Inc. Terms & Conditions (Version 2.0, effective February 15, 2026).
1. Acceptance of Terms and agreement to be bound
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the full Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.
- Your use of the Parker Web Sites constitutes your binding agreement to all such terms.
- If you do not agree to accept all terms, you may not access or use the Parker Web Sites.
2. Modification of Terms
You acknowledge and agree that Parker Health, Inc. reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time.
- You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Your continued use of the Parker Web Sites after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Data protection and privacy consent
You acknowledge and consent to the data protection practices described in the Terms and Privacy Policy, including but not limited to the following:
Protected Health Information (PHI) / HIPAA
- You understand that PHI submitted is subject to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
- If you are a covered entity, you must execute a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Parker prior to transmitting any PHI; use without an executed BAA is strictly prohibited.
- You have rights as a patient or healthcare consumer, including the right to access and request amendments to your PHI.
European data protection (GDPR)
- For EEA, UK, and Swiss Users, you acknowledge that your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR based on legal bases such as Consent, Performance of a Contract, or Legitimate Interests.
- You are informed of and consent to your data subject rights, including the Right to Access, Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten), and the Right to Withdraw Consent.
- You consent to International Data Transfers to the United States and other jurisdictions, which are protected by mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Other privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, etc.)
You acknowledge and consent to your rights under applicable state and international privacy laws, including the right to opt-out of the sale or sharingof personal information as provided in Parker's California Privacy Notice.
4. User eligibility and prohibited activities
- Age requirement: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Services with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- Prohibited use: You agree that you will not use the Parker Web Sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms.
- Prohibited health-related activities: You specifically agree not to submit false health information, impersonate a healthcare professional, or provide medical advice unless you are a licensed professional.
- PHI in Communication Services: You understand and agree that you must NOT post, upload, or share PHI in public Communication Services.
5. Materials and unsolicited ideas
- Non-confidential Materials: You understand that, with the critical exceptionof PHI and personal data protected by privacy laws, any information or material you submit to Parker Web Sites (“Materials”) will be deemed NOT to be confidential, and you grant Parker a royalty-free, worldwide license to use such non-PHI Materials for its business operations.
- Unsolicited idea submission policy: You agree that Parker does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas. If you submit any despite this policy, you agree that the submission and its contents automatically become the property of Parker without any compensation to you.
